Welcome to Truro Learning Nursery, Truro, Cornwall

Truro Learning Nursery serves Truro and its surrounding communities of Highertown, Gloweth, Kenwyn, Malabar and New Mills.

Truro Learning Nursery - comprising Ripples and Little Waves classes, is a stimulating, nurturing and welcoming environment which enrols children between 2 and 4 years. We are proud to provide a high-quality school-based provision which enables our children to become comfortable and confident within the school environment, which in turn facilitates a smoother transition into the main school. 
 
Our children benefit from a carefully planned environment with high-quality resources both indoors and outdoors. Practitioners plan activities and experiences which enhance and embed the learning of our children to ensure the best outcomes for every child. We are fortunate to have constant access to a large outdoor area, including a large garden and dedicated EYFS field, as well as access to a purpose-built outdoor learning area within Truro Learning Academy’s grounds. On top of this we have our own bike track on site along with a set of balance bikes for our children to use!

 Flexible Nursery Sessions

 To suit your family's needs, we offer various session types at Truro Learning Nursery:

  • Morning sessions 5 days a week: 8.40am-11.40am
  • Afternoon sessions: 5 days a week: 12.10pm-3.10pm
  • All-day session: 5 full days: 8:40 am - 2:40 pm with an option to extend the day until 3:10 pm at an additional charge
